Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope and Contracting Party
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings of accommodation made via the website wohn-zeit.com as well as direct enquiries to ImmoVent24 Group GmbH, Cathleen-Bush-Strasse 8, 87740 Buxheim (hereinafter referred to as "WohnZeit" or "Landlord"). By completing a booking, the guest (hereinafter referred to as "Tenant") accepts these Terms and Conditions.
§ 2 Booking and Conclusion of Contract
Bookings can be made via the online booking form, by e-mail or by telephone. The booking request of the Tenant constitutes a binding offer. The rental agreement is concluded when WohnZeit confirms the booking by e-mail. The booking confirmation contains all relevant details regarding the stay.
§ 3 Prices and Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted per person per night. Additional charges and a final cleaning fee may apply and will be shown in the booking confirmation. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal or bank transfer. Full payment is due before arrival, unless individually agreed otherwise.
§ 4 Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 16:00 as a self check-in using a personal door code, which will be sent to you by e-mail before arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure. Alternative check-in and check-out times may be arranged by prior agreement.
§ 5 Cancellation and Withdrawal
Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the agreed arrival date. In the case of short-notice cancellations, a solution will be sought together. In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the full rental price will be charged. Cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail to anfragen@wohn-zeit.com).
§ 6 House Rules
A strict no-smoking policy applies in all WohnZeit accommodations. Quiet hours must be observed from 22:00 to 07:00. Waste must be separated according to local regulations. The apartment should be aired regularly to prevent mould. Pets are only permitted with prior approval and subject to an additional charge.
§ 7 Liability and Deposit
WohnZeit does not generally require a deposit. Any damage to furnishings or equipment caused by the Tenant or their fellow travellers will be billed to the Tenant. WohnZeit is not liable for the loss of the Tenant's valuables. WohnZeit's liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence.
§ 8 Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Memmingen (Amtsgericht Memmingen, HRB 17267). Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
